Why I developed PALM Solutions

Over the course of many years I have seen a large number of people in different walks of life, with different levels of education and with varying levels of financial understanding; have problems with controlling and managing their wealth.

This often results in the person losing their wealth and losing the longer term benefits that the wealth could have provided to them and their lifestyle. As a result their lifestyle choices were lost and this often had a knock on effect with family and friends. No money was left to be able to pass lifestyle benefits on to others.

I realised that many people just could not use the existing solutions to control and get the benefits from their wealth long term. This is because these solutions are not designed to do the right things in the right ways.

I saw that there was a difference between what people wanted to do and what existing solutions would let them do.

The solutions were too limited in their application, too inflexible, too expensive and often just not able to do what the user wanted.

To me this was an opportunity to develop and provide a new type of solution that could offer a much better long term result.

One of the reasons that I developed PALM Solutions™ was to help people who risk losing everything just because of their circumstances and because they could not effectively make the arrangements they needed to make at an earlier stage in their lives.

I wanted to give them another way of using their wealth that did not involve having to give it away. Then as a result of having given away their wealth; having to suffer the resulting lose of control and choices in the future.

There is also the issues of the risk to their capital that they no longer own or control, money being stolen or misused, fees increasing year on year, someone depriving themselves of the benefits the wealth can provide and the lose of the security of owning their own home. Not good!

PALM Solutions™ are a new type of Solution designed to deal with uncertainty and provide a way of dealing with the unknown future.

PALM Solutions can be used in a large number of different circumstances and for a wide range of beneficial purposes. This solution can be used for many different purposes including helping mature homeowners.

PALM Solutions™ is more than just a product. We use our commercial relationship to help our clients achieve results that they could not achieve on their own.

I also recognise that life becomes more difficult as we become older; so we continue to manage each Solution we provide so that you don't have too.
